This arrived well packaged with no damage to the product. All hardware was included. It was not hard to install at all. After completed it is a beautiful fan and the light is awesome especially with the remote. You can dim and brighten right from your bed as well as the speed you want the fan to be on! I am very pleased with it and highly recommend!
