It arrived and the entire frame is bent and crooked. We can’t even install the glass frames. The box was fine so it wasn’t damaged during shipping. Carelessness. And now it’s out of stock.

We ordered 4 of these - 3 for around our garage doors and one for a side door. They look elegant and appear to be of very good quality. One of the lanterns had a crack when it arrived and Wayfair made it easy to order a replacement using my online account. I didn't have to call to speak to a representative and I don't have to mail back the broken one.
