I received my item with none of the hardware. The wayfair representative continued to argue with me that the crystals were not included when clearly it's states in the details that it's a crystals are part of the light fixture. I have always loved shopping with wayfair, but this time the customer service was awful and the representative was rude, she had no idea what she was talking about and would not admit she was wrong. She was even laughing about it which I find very unprofessional. Please get better customer service wayfair.
