I'm pretty conflicted about this lampshade. I really, really love how it looks and the temperature of the light. That being said, the arms that connect the light ring to the shade are delicate. One was broken upon arrival. Wayfair customer service was excellent and they replaced it right away. The replacement is great but it did feel delicate when I was u wrapping it. Don't get me wrong, nothing about this shade seems cheaply made. The arms are solid. They're just thin. At the end of the day, it's over my dining table and pretty safe from injury. And I LOVE how it looks
