A simple ceiling fan, easy to install out of the box. Read the instructions first, save yourself some back tracking. Fan works great, the shades are plastic, but hey, less chance of them breaking.

Really nicely built fan, easy to install. It's beautiful and moves a LOT of air on high speed. FYI, it is not wired for dual switch, my bad for not looking deeper into the specs. Works fine, but both switches behave the same.

Great price. Bought 3 for my kids bedrooms. Still in boxes, but hopefully will get to see them up and running in a week or two in our newly renovated home.
