This beautiful lamp arrived exactly as depicted. It goes perfectly well in our living room. It is a really nice size and looks superb both on and off. I would highly recommend this lamp to new buyers.

It’s time to get the last bedroom ready so that it can be turned into a guest bedroom. With the help of Wayfair and The Tried and True program, last month I was able to get a beautiful nightstand for that bedroom and I love it so much! The next thing I decided to start looking for is a lamp for that bedroom. In my mind I wanted something that has a white base, preferably distressed. I did find one that I liked and thought it was beautiful, but it had a lot of carvings in the base which I believe would allow a lot of dust to accumulate. That’s the last thing I want is to have a lamp to dust where you have to get a dust cloth and dig in little grooves. So even though I liked that lamp, I opted not to get it. I continued to look and actually found one that had a primitive look with the base being distressed with part of the paint rubbed off. It is not an elegant lamp like the other one I saw, but I think it could fit in a dressed up type room or in a room that had a more rugged look. It is a somewhat heavy lamp as well. It’s so funny how you go in thinking you want a particular item and have your mind set on one thing and then it can totally change which is what happened to me with my choice of lamps. I do like the lamp a lot and would recommend it.

Love this lamp!!! Very stylish and goes so well in my daughter’s warm family room. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be. Packaging was great and I may add that the lampshade is great!!!
