The big plus here is the glass Tiffany-style shade. As with many Chinese products, the lamp was apparently never tested after it was designed. As a consequence, you will find that the shade cannot be "squared up" with the base when you have regular-size light bulbs installed. The bulbs keep the shade from moving freely. You need to install shore LED bulbs or little incandescent bulbs. Also, the stem which connects the shade to the base is not tight. There's something wrong with the threads and this is problem inherent to the design. You need to make some special adjustments to get it to work correctly. I tried contacting AmoraLighting to report these problems, but they do not have any way to leave feedback on their webpage, so this is the only way to do so. Too bad, because their customers could give them some valuable feedback. I'll bet all their other products have similar problems. Good luck.

Very happy with this purchase. The lamp's size makes more of a statement than I anticipated, but because it's well-made and the shade is beautiful, that's a good thing. I held one star back because the 60 watt bulbs I originally used, sat right against the shade. That may be ok, but I didn't like it. As it's an accent piece for me, I used smaller 40 watt bulbs and it's great.
