OPEN BOX AND CHECK EVERYTHING UPON RECEIPT!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Package that came showed the correct chandelier oon the OUTSIDE. Contractors could not get to it until a month later - when they opened the box, it contained the WRONG CHANDELIER with a tacky plastic bead fringe - nothing like the Boho vibe I was going for (OR WHAT WAS PICTURED ON THE BOX). I contacted Wayfair to explain and was refused a replacement or refund because it was outside the 30-day window.
