This was super easy to put together, and it took me less than five minutes. The base is very sturdy so I have no concerns about it being tipped over by my dog. I love the natural fiber look of it.

This lamp is so so cute! The assembly was so easy, I didn’t even bother looking at the instructions lol. Gave a cute boho feel to my bedroom with the wicker shade. Definitely a must buy, I love this lamp!

A very nice touch to the new small bedroom. Love the rattan shade with a soft light glow. Simple and easy to put together. Stays steady and sturdy in place. A very easy click switch to turn on and off. Matches with so many pieces!

I like the silhouette of this floor lamp for pairing with a chair in a cozy corner. The black finish looks nice and the lamp is sturdy. The lampshade is rather short and squat compared to standard lampshades, but the rattan texture with black edging are unique. The foot pedal switch makes it difficult to hide the cord, but is convenient in use. It was easy to assemble, although it is vastly easier to start screwing together the rods from the TOP than from the bottom. This keeps the cord from getting as twisted up as you go, and there is less cord slack to push through with each step. This may not be the best lamp for me in my household with cats. They have already been batting and reaching for it from the top of the chair, and have tipped it over once. When it fell, the shade was hanging crooked. I had to pop the socket assembly back together, but then everything was fine besides a bend in the lampshade.

Product arrived intact with no damage. Assembly was very simple -- just screw in the pole into the base and affix the shade. This lamp does not come with a bulb, so that is my only criticism, but otherwise it is fine.
