I didn’t install it myself, but I was told the setup was pretty standard for ceiling fans—nothing unusual. Wonderful ceiling fan! I bought this for my covered carport. It was fairly easy to install, directions were easy to follow. I love the fan blades, they look quite pretty especially on a low setting. It has two rods, so it would work well in a high ceiling space as well as a traditional ceiling height. The remote is a great feature and even comes with a holder that can be fixed to the wall.
