I'm happy with it now that it's installed, BUT: the threaded holes in the adapter are offset from the holes in the lamp base. So the lamp base didn't contact the drywall and the lamp could "wobble". I had to invert the adapter to get the lamp base to fit properly. In turn, that meant that the provided screws were not long enough, meaning another trip to the hardware store to find longer screws. And like a lot of products these days you have to deal with a mixture of metric and North American threads. So a 2 hour job to get it installed on the existing octagonal box. Mike

Love my new armed sconces set. I have them in my new remodeled kitchen. They are beautiful and looks great against my almost white wall. The brush nickel finish matches well against my blue and white cabinets.
