This lamp looked interesting on the site but the quality is poor. I returned the item but was shocked when I realized that I was paying the FedEx to return it. I'll never purchase on Wayfair again. Online stores have put the small business out of business and now they are asking consumers to pay the "freight". I don't like not knowing the quality of items since you can't tell until they arrive.

Delivery was great, but the shade had a scratch on it. Disappointing, but don't want to go through the hassle of an exchange. I had hoped the toggle switch would dim.
