Luminaire suspendu en forme de cloche à 1 lumière Denzel

We were remodeling our kitchen, so I bought 2 of these Pendant lights a little less than 3 months ago to have when kitchen remodel was done. We put them up about 2 weeks ago and when I went to clean one of them off, the blue color started flaking off. I emailed about it and they said since it was out of warranty, this was considered wear and tear. I love the lights - they were not cheap, so I would not have figured this to be "normal" wear and tear for them to flake, even after 3 months. I am disappointed as I was told Wayfair was good at returns and making things right.
