DON'T DO IT!! This item always shows as in stock, but if you are lucky enough to actually receive the product and receive one that's damaged (see pics), the supplier will become completely non-responsive and not ship parts or a replacement item. They have been completely non-responsive for 2 months now. The lamp itself is great (4 or 5 star) assuming you're looking for something very eccentric. I bought this for an industrial loft apartment - the over-the-top eccentricity of the design is perfect for what I'm doing. But I would rate this as zero stars if I could: (1) it was received damaged (things happen, make it right and you have my respect!) but after 2 months of the supplier being completely non-responsive and not shipping an item they were paid almost $900 for...I'm done, and (2) it does not come assembled. It's normal to have to hang crystals, but it's not normal to have to bolt the arms to the post and do all the internal wiring. This is not disclosed anywhere in the product description. You need wire strippers and need to correctly connect 16 wires together to the lamp cord using the correct polarity. The assembly instructions don't explain the right way to do that (they suggest that you need an electrician to assemble the lamp) but I figured it out by watching Youtube videos. At least I learned a new skill that I can apply if I ever receive the replacement item. After 2 months, still waiting even though the item is always "in stock". Overall....no item is worth all this hassle. Wayfair has damaged its reputation by allowing suppliers like this to sell on their site.
