Lampe de table 24 po Cremeans

Bought two lamps same, one was a Opened Box discounted, the opened box arrived quickly but was not as avertised and was incomplete. It was missing the shade and was advertised to have a height dimension of 24" actual dimension was 20 1/2" so I am fprced to cancel order on lamp not delivered because we could never find a matchinbg shade and its smaller than we wanted. Opened box items are stated as are non returnable. First and last experiance with Wayfair

I did not order this second lamp. Please advise me how to return it. FYI…. The original lamp I purchased is lovely and fits intended space perfectly. ME

This is exactly what i wanted except that i needed the lamp to have an extension cord with a switch in the middle of the cord....I didn't see the size lamp with that setup so i bought the lamp shown above.
