Decent quality item. Assembly instructions are horrible. Parts not listed with same names as used in instructions. Instructions are poorly worded, very vague and include misleading typos. Illustrations are not clear, and some show different parts and even a different fan from what I ordered. Some printing is way too small to be read easily. I basically installed the fan without using the instructions, figuring out what to do next as I went; not possible for most consumers, who would be VERY frustrated.

Just had an electrician install it and it’s junk. 1) it’s NOT bulbs, it’s an LED light. 2) the pull strings don’t even function. Now it’ll be impossible to send back since it’s hooked up. I am so disappointed.
