I love it looks pretty on my new home living room

We’re keeping our purchase because it has been difficult to find lighting for this space in our house. When I found this chandelier, we were delighted as it checked off all the boxes we needed in terms of size and style. Overall, we like the product but the quality is disappointing. Though, without looking at the chandelier up close, you won’t see many of the issues (another reason we are keeping it). Here are some things to be aware of before you buy this piece. First the globes are imperfect. The edges on all globes are not smooth and the shape is noticeably less round on some vs others. Second, only using the pieces provided, you can see the socket that holds the light bulb. This is because the finishing pieces designed to cover the socket are not the proper height. Therefore the socket protrudes at the top after everything is in place and the sockets are an ugly plastic, gray color which completely contrasts the oil rubbed bronze look. Now onto installation. For the most part, the process was fairly painless. Due to quality issues with the materials, it takes a lot of trial and error (with patience) to get the globes to sit just right around the socket. Also, our initial delivery had a broken globe. I submitted a replacement request which Wayfair sent immediately. It arrived but was noticeably the wrong size much larger than the others. Sent another message to Wayfair and their response was to send us a whole new chandelier to ensure we got the correct size globe. That package arrived and we were able to use a globe from the second shipment. To remedy the issue with the exposed socket, we took some of the other socket coverings from our second shipment and added them to our existing chandelier. All in all, it took two chandeliers to get us where we needed to be with this light fixture. Reduced stars for the quality and headaches that came with it. If I could give a service rating to Wayfair, I’d give 5 stars because they handled everything very promptly and professionally. This was our first purchase through Wayfair and after this experience, I’m cautious to make future purchases because of concerns over quality.
