Very satisfied with these fans. I bought two. Work well/quiet. Have a nice reverse feature to warm up area. Actually makes a difference.

Product had a faulty part per my electrician. Got on Wayfair to request replacement part. Have been waiting for a part never received and the return window is closed. I've paid an electrician to install a faulty fan that now I have to pay to remove. I'm past the return window while waiting for the replacement part.

The person who mentioned clicking had it wrong. This thing beeps every time you change a setting. Beeps when you turn it on, beeps when you change the fan setting, beeps when you turn the light on/off. It also cycles through the light color options Every. Single. Time. It doesn't remember the last color temp used, and you have to turn the light on/off to cycle the colors. so if you like one of the three, you have to turn the light on/off three times EVERY TIME. SMH. It's pretty, but it is not user-friendly at all. Would NOT recommend it.
