Be careful when purchasing open-box items. I’m an avid Wayfair shopper, and I recently ordered a matte black ceiling fan—but when it arrived, it was white. I contacted customer service, and they quickly dismissed my concern, telling me there was nothing they could do. I rate this below a one star! Shame on you Wayfair!!!

So far so good. Put this on our covered patio and it’s working well.

Haven't really used it yet, but installation and setup was straightforward and quality was as expected.
