I am very happy with this beautiful light fixture on my front porch. Initially we put a 60 watt bulb in, per the recommendation for maximum wattage, but with an Edison LED white lightbulb, it was way too bright. We now have a 40 watt yellow bulb and it’s nice and easy on the eyes, as well as softer lighting for after hours dusk to dawn setting. I would suggest if you need a bit more lighting, a 60 watt yellow LED is probably better to navigate difficult stairs by your door. The actual fixture is an elegant, sleek and simple design. It has glass on the sides and is open on the bottom. You can have it turned on to motion sensing or dusk to dawn lighting which we wanted for our front door. Nice to have the flexibility! The quality seems very good ~ very happy with it.

I am so happy with this light. My porch light gets left on all the time day and night this has a motion activation and dusk to dawn no more light left on all the time or coming home in the dark. Definitely recommend. Easy to install.

I had to wait for electrician to install my new light fixture, however it was absolutely worth it. The old one was so faded and wanted an updated farmhouse style. It has 4 pieces of glass that were easy to slide in place. I’m happy with the large size and matte black finish is nice.
