The first one arrived shattered but Wayfair sent a new one right away. Made me question the quality but the other two arrived in tact. After installing, one of the pendants is slightly crooked due to how the glass is sitting on the screws but not really noticeable. Overall, these are nice simple pendants and they look great over our bar.
