Item was packaged well but the cosmetic metal piece on mounting plate was not attached and was loose in the box. After several attempts to glue it back, we finally found one that worked (see picture). It is a beautiful gunmetal finish! The only negative is that you have to take the fixture apart if you want to wash the globes but the bottom opening of the globe is large enough for you to reach up inside to clean.
