Not exactly what I was hoping for. The glass looks cheap, feels and looks like plastic and the cords are wonky

Beautiful light and easy to install. Best customer service EVER! Once I placed the order, I got a text message from a rep named Anh. He let me know status of my order and tracking number. He even went out of his way and check up if I have received my order and if everything is in a good condition. Due to Thanksgiving, we didn't have a chance to install the light until that weekend. We ran into a small problem and I texted Anh on SATURDAY and he replied! I wasn't expecting him to reply until Monday but he replied over the weekend and gave me a solution. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience! Anh deserves to be an employee of the year!!! =)
