Not happy I had to put the shade together myself. If you don’t line up the Velcro perfectly you need to redo. There are a few dents in the shade. The base was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy. I did notice the price went up when I purchased then when back down. I paid the higher price.

The cord and plastic hardware are black, which doesn't really match the metal finish. Also, the lampshade is literally held together with velcro. It looks cheap and stupid. Returned!

I really like the look. Easy to assemble. BUT ... A little surprised that I had to actually put the shade together! Two rings , one rectangular piece of shade that wraps around the rings. Only PROBLEM is that the shade material cane out of the box dentedcreased, this shows in the final assembly. Wrapping around the rings didn’t smooth it completely.
