The lamp takes quite a while to unpack. We were disappointed to get a lamp with a cracked "neck" where the shade attaches to the lamp "arm." They were quick to send a replacement lamp. When we opened the box the replacement lamp was also cracked in the same exact area! Unfortunately, we are not within the 30 day window to report the broken item. A lot of money wasted! We will never order from Wayfair again.
