I really wanted to love these pendant lights, but I’m left feeling mixed. One looks great, while the other has clear defects. As the photos show, the two pendants don’t match in color at all, they’re not even close. The darker one is also crooked one side is shorter than the other, and the top appears sunken or uneven on one side. I tried contacting the seller about the issues but never received a reply, so a return doesn’t even seem possible at this point. It’s disappointing when both the product quality and the customer service fall short.

These are gorgeous. I was concerned about shipping ceramic. Color is exactly what we need along with soft texture of the terracotta. Finishes off a kitchen with both matte and gloss elements
