Looks good. Straightforward install for someone who has never installed a fan before.

If I were reviewing this fan strictly for aesthetics, I would give it 5 stars. For function, it can’t earn higher than one. I ordered three of these for different bedrooms and one larger one for a living room. Unfortunately the remote operated fans are all on the same frequency which prevents them from syncing properly and the remotes don’t work correctly. When I called the Carro company directly they said they were aware of the problem and the best option was to redo the wiring disconnecting them then reconnecting and syncing them one as a time while running back and forth to the breaker box. The also suggested simply working on the fans while the power was still on. Buy and install at your own risk if you want more than one to work.

This is an easy install and does well with the remote. It is a single wiring fan. If you have a two switch wall unit, so the second switch will have no real purpose. It will not pose any issues for installation.

We like the look of the fan but it makes a slight noise that my husband says drives him crazy. The other fan that we purchased is quieter so based on comparison to the other I give this one three stars. But overall I do like it.
