I actually purchased these lamps just for the base! My bedroom is burgundy and gold and I wanted the scroll look! I purchased a pair of burgundy and gold lamp shades with scrolls on them and they turned out beautiful! I still have the original shades that came with the lamps, but the ones that I used were even more beautiful! Great pair of lamps!

Honestly, these lamps are prettier in person, absolutely fits perfectly with the rug and gold colored end tables, I get so many compliments, thanks to Wayfair my favorite place to shop during my renovating.
