No bulb included. Further found that the shade doesn't cover the bulb as shown in the sales picture. Need shade to cover the bulb. Base is too small to support when move shade forward. BASE IS TOOO SMALL. Very Disappointed in your product.

Product was shipped in a box that was all beat up. The styrofoam was everywhere not intact but small pieces everywhere. All for me to finish cleaning off the styrofoam for it to be in the USB ports and no plug attached to the cord.
