Lampe de table 31,5 po Blaise

Loved the style and color of this lamp. It was just the right height for my end table. However, the three-way switch that the lamp was supposed to have, didn't work. Returned the first lamp and received a replacement. The three-way switch on the replacement didn't work either. Very disappointing as I had specifically ordered this model for the three-way switch. WayFair customer service was very helpful though. The initial return/replacement process was very simple and easy. And when notified of the defect in the replacement lamp, I was offered several options. Ultimately, I ended up keeping the lamp, and was given a partial credit which was acceptable.

The lamp is a perfect addition, and is unbreakable! My last crackle glass lamp shattered into 1000 pieces when it got knocked over, so this lamp is a stylish yet practical solution.

Very elegant addition to my living room

I like the lamp, its exactly as pictured but it is advertised as a 3 way and it is not and I wanted a 3 way. My husband can change it but he shouldn't have to. Please change the description so others will not be disappointed
