The lamp base and box arrived damaged and shade was missing. Trying to return the item but it’s not letting me continue to contact them. Very bad experience.

For the price I paid, there’s no reason for the order to come like this. First and last time I order from here. Terrible job. I fixed it myself, I need the shades replaced.

Nice lamp, goes well with our family room decor.

Very disappointed in the lamp ..the lamp itself has scratches and the shade is torn I would like a replacement without shipping and handling as that is too costly.

Lamps would have been worthy of 5 stars if the shades weren’t bent and small flakes of chipped paint on the lamp. It actually looked like a used product. The positive side of it was the great customer service and return process.
