Plaque murale double interrupteur d’éclairage à double bascule empire

Like many others mentioned, this came with scratches and ding marks all over it.

Great quality, easy to install

Nice brass color, works as it’s supposed to

I wanted to love these. I ordered several plates but most arrived with imperfections (marks, dings, lines) and I had to request replacements. Those were still not great so I decided to return, only to find out I have to ship them each back individually (even though they all came from the same warehouse and most of them were shipped to me in one box). This policy eats up a huge chunk of a return. Just to return ONE they wanted to charge me $27.26... which would literally leave me owing them money. I chatted with support and they could not make an exception for shipping them together, so beware of their return policy before ordering. I'm unfortunately forced to keep them

I had been holding off getting these because it seemed expensive and relatively minor but very happy I finally pulled the trigger, they really elevate the look of the house
