I wanted to love these. I ordered several plates but most arrived with imperfections (marks, dings, streaks) and I had to request replacements. Those were still not great so I decided to return, only to find out I have to ship them each back individually (even though they all came from the same warehouse and most of them were shipped to me in one box). This policy eats up a huge chunk of a return. I ordered 5 of this toggle style and the return cost leaves me with $22 from a $54 purchase. I chatted with support and they could not make an exception for shipping them together, so beware of their return policy before ordering. I'm unfortunately forced to keep them.
