The lights are bright but feel somewhat flimsy. Installation took about 2–3 hours with just one person. The wires are delicate and can be easily damaged if not handled carefully during setup. I was also expecting printed instructions, but instead there was only a QR code linking to a YouTube video, which wasn’t very clear. Overall, I would give this product 3 stars — at this price point, I expected pendant lights that looked and felt more high-end.

We bought the silver and black and love it. Was missing some parts of install, but did a retro fit using parts made in US. Looks great and lights are very bright.
