I love the unique design, the item arrived well packaged. Assembly was not for the faint at heart. There were no directions to explain how chord length should be determined before cutting an ample supply of hanging electrical wire.the mounting plate to the electrical ceiling box was different than the instructions. I also was missing a stress relief and screws. Was able to work around the obstacles to get the light fixture installed and operating. Looks great in the dining room.

Soooo classy and I get tons of compliments. Have it on a dimmer and it s perfect over the dining room table.

a little hard to install, still not sold with it in our entry, probably best at a dinning table. looking up you see the light bulb, there is no screen.

Hardware was rusted! Also the lampshade was flat. The consumer has to bend the shade around the fixture. So cheap! Did not know that the ball in the picture was a counterweight and quite heavy. . These things should be in the description. Also the description said bulbs included. We did not receive any bulbs. This fixture was very expensive but wasnt perceived as expensive when you take it out of the box.

I’m very disappointed!!! It is made of cheap plastic, nothing like in the picture. Hardware is used and rusted. I wouldn’t paid more than $50 for it .
