Pendant works great in space, however, the shade was slightly tilted off-center crooked when I placed it on the pendant prior to installation. This took some work to get it right and still ended up with the shade seam facing front. I initially tried to get resolution to this issue twice through the Wayfair text customer support. First time, the texting (appeared to be AI) ceased communication. Second time (next day), the texting asked for information I already submitted. At that point I decided to hang the pendant as is and was able to get shade installed close to OK. A lot of work for a light at this price point. Wayfair text support was sub-par at best.
