It came in damaged. I was sent another chandelier that was supposed to be delivered in the entryway. When I was given the two hour time frame for delivery, I told Wayfair that I would not be there at that time and it would need to be rescheduled. I was told not to worry. Low and behold, I get home to find a massive box on my step. Extremely unprofessional.

One of the pieces of the chandelier came broken but it is still a good looking piece of furniture!

Insanely beautiful and packed perfect. Have not hung it yet. Can’t wait.

My husband and I LOVE it!! Can’t say enough about the design and look. It was wrapped very carefully but unfortunately 1 piece of glass was broken. I have submitted a ticket to hopefully get a replacement piece of the one piece of glass. Initial response to address the issue has been good. UPDATE: receiving the replacement piece was quick and easy. Now we have a perfect chandelier!
