These small pot lights appear to be exactly what I needed for my installation. The swivel (gimbal) is ingenious and, as I am installing them on a vaulted ceiling, I should be able to have them point back towards the outside walls instead of towards the middle of the room as non-swiveling pots would have done.

The light fit well under my staircase. It is low profile, which is what I needed. The color temp is accurate and materials are quality. However, I feel like it could be brighter than what the specs stated. I would look for a higher lumen light next time.
