Lampe sur pied Tiffany

Well the box was old. The tape closure was brown and the styrofoam inside was shredded. I put the lamp together and finally took the shade out and it was broken. Chips were gone. I sent a request in yesterday for a replacement shade. Haven’t heard yet but I just sent it yesterday.

FedEx delivered my lamp to a nearby uninhabitable vacant house. After we retrieved the box, we opened it and found the shade broken in many places. The wayfaire help center was very helpful and a new shade will be delivered within a few weeks. The base is sturdy and the shade would be pretty if intact. The shipping carrier (FedEx) would get zero stars!

Love my Lamp. The Tiffany shade is amazing! I have it right by my chair. Great light!!!

Extremely poor quality not worth the high price product took a long time to ship and when it did arrive The shade was in 20 pieces . I put straight back in the box and returned to the shipper but close observation you could tell the shade was really poor quality!!!
