Awful. Purchased for staircase. Was missing the pipe kit, meaning its height is not adjustable as indicated in the specs and on the instruction manual. Wayfair website won’t let me return - keeps defaulting to repairing the item and sending the missing parts. But I can’t wait for that as I’ve hired an electrician and rented according to install this fixture this week.
