Epic purchase. Transformed a three bulb floor lamp into functional sculptured art

This bulb lasted only a few months before flickering. Shortly after the bulb went out all together. A replacement was sent, however the identical issue occurred. Other bulbs are and have been in use in this fixture and have had zero issue. There must be an issue with the construction of this bulb. Would not purchase again.
