Really disappointed with these lights. Bought two for my lounge - one of which is completely bent out of shape. No matter how we tried to level the shades they would not hang correctly because the arms are fixed and cannot be realigned.

Just had the asner chandeliers fitted in our lounge and unfortunately they do not hang well. The arms are not straight so look wonky. I believe they are not good value for money and would appreciate feedback.
