I got these to replace a pair of very cool, vintage looking wall scones that were impossible to replace a light bulb without taking the whole thing apart. So my goal was simplicity and these wall scones are just that, simple, no fuss and yet stylish. I had regular white bulbs in them at first and they were VERY bright to switched to the Edison bulbs which gives off a really nice ambiance, while still giving off plenty of light.
