To be honest, I really didnt have high expectations for this lamp. I have a dark corner in my study and not much wall space, so I needed something narrow. This fit the bill so I ordered it. Very easy to put together and install and let me say I am wild by it. Its absolutely beautiful and provides a fairly good amount of light over in my dark corner. It looks really good too, very aesthetically pleasing. The patterns the light cast on the wall are also very cool, kind of like a light show of ice. Very happy and I do highly recommend this light.
