These lights were pretty good, the glass is a bit "clunky", but it worked.

When I opened the box, it had clearly been opened and used. There were pieces missing and the plastic wrapping was ripped. I called to notify Wayfair I wanted a full refund, and I was told my request would be looked into and a decision would be made as to whether I would get a refund. Are you kidding me? I won't use this light as there are pieces missing and it has obviously been used. I can't be sure it is safe to even install.

I ordered two of these lights and one of the shades arrived broken. I received a replacement shade quickly without a problem. The customer service was excellent. I am very pleased with these lights.
