25 for customer service. 55 for lamp. I ordered two. One came broken and customer service gave me a big hassle. They offered 25 of the price in store credit. The pink glass of the base was broken into jagged shards. I eventually convinced them to send a replacement and the lamps do look cute in my bedroom.
