This lamp is very easy to put together. The only problem I had with it was the shade. It looked flimsy and cheap. I ordered a replacement shade and it looks much better. The remote control is easy to use and I especially like the way it is magnetized to the pole portion of the lamp.

Great floor lamp. We placed behind our couch in our small living room and really like the remote device, not only for on/off, but also dimming, which we didn't expect; nice surprise.
