Well, sometimes you just get a stinker and this lamp falls into that category. It looked so cute online and looked like it would be just the ticket for where it was being placed. But the quality isn't there. The middle pole arrived bent and the whole thing is wobbly and flimsy. Have to see how it holds up. Included a close up of that weird flimsy section. You decide.

This is the perfect lamp for a room that doesn’t have lights already installed. I love the floor step button to turn it on or off. I hate having to find tiny little knobs on the stem of it. The cover part is way bigger than it looks. It gives a lot of light.

Completed missed the gold accents when I purchased, but I think it makes me love this lamp that much more. Super easy to put together, looks classy and is sturdy (even on carpet). Perfect for the little reading nook end of our couch and gives off a nice soft light.

This is a beautiful lamp, and goes most places. Put together very simply. The top connection to piece has 3 Itty bitty screws to tighten after you adjust the direction. Make sure you are very careful when doing it,because one of the tiny screws fell out. If you lose it, you can replace the screw by buying a glasses repair kit. Worth the purchase!

We have short ceilings (home built in late 50’s) and wondered how this would fit. It’s tall, but adds height to the room and is tall enough to be strategically placed as a readingmood light between two seating areas. Simple switch function. One star detracted because after screwing in the segments, it feels a little flimsy and can be a little tricky to adjust in correct direction. This could be easily addressed by redesigning the mechanism by which the pieces connect. Overall a great lamp with a sturdy base.
