A real pain to install, especially with no instructions online or with the chandelier! Even our rockstar of a repair/handy man had a really hard time. The screws do not hold the “wheel” in place so we had to use twist ties to hold it in place. Also if you want/need to change a shade you have to take the whole thing apart!! Hopefully the cords will straighten in time.
