The one that does work provides nice lighting, but I was disappointed that one arrived defective. Overall, it has potential, but the quality control could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are PERFECT for my sons room! I will be removing his breakable lamp now as these will be so much better and out of the way. They are sleek but lightweight and I like that one remote will work both so I can hide one for when the other gets lost. My son likes that he can change the colors and the fade feature is nice. Installation was simple, one screw per lamp and the lights inside are magnetic to the metal frame so they can easily be taken out to be charged. They are not packed well though with one being shoved into the other which warped one of the shades some. These were a good choice for a kids room though and now my husband wants some for his mancave.
